The staff are incredibly nice and very pleasant, giving their best to make the stay a really nice experience. A tube station is next to the hotel, very central location. - It's in a very good building in a very nice area.

All good — we loved this family-friendly hotel — the food was outstanding and the staff were efficient. The good and fantastic location was steps away from Alsterschwimmhalle. The venue was an excellent place for enjoying a very very nice area.

The room was a nice size and stylish with a sofa and the staff was attentive. Everything was perfect, including varied and large breakfast at a bakery. The hotel was in a very central location next to the train station. The service was absolutely very good! Lucky me, got wake up service free of charge too.

The people were dedicated and excellent. the location was magnificent, close to public transport like the Metro. - the daily service was good.

Out of 4-6 people I had a contact during my stay in the hotel, only one was friendly. Most of them not rude, but very reserved...minimum effort.

The place was clean. Staff was excellent. The hotel's location was excellent, near the center of Hamburg and the Hamburg underground. Popped into Schweinske in Hohenfelde for shots before sleep, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue. Rich and large breakfast at a bakery was available. In general, the service was great!

Greal location, right in front of the subway. Near train station and city. Exellent breakfast. Nice atmosphere and comfortable, good price too.

Chaos at breakfast, sometimes very slow to provide morning beverages, otherwise the food was good.

The breakfast was incredible, offering a variety of food. the room was silent, stylish, and had a big comfortable bed, as well as a tub/shower. - the hotel's location is great and perfect, with a subway station nearby. - There is a nice restaurant just a short stroll away from the hotel.
